Booking Policy:

  • All appointments must be booked online via booking website or DM on instagram

  • Bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

  • Confirmation messages will be sent 24 hours before appointment time. Ensure contact details are correct when booking.

Aftercare:

  • Proper Aftercare is essential for maintaining your eyelash extensions,

  • Aftercare instructions will be provided after your appointment.

  • We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper aftercare.

Payment:

  • Payment is required at the end of the service.

  • We accept tap and go, and cash payments.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • No shows will be charged 50% of the appointment.

  • If you need to make changes to your appointment please contact us ASAP

Health and Safety:

  • Please notify us in advance of any allergies, sensitivities or eye conditions.

  • Clients with active eye infections, irritations or recent eye surgery will not be eligible for any lash services until cleared by a medical professional.

Promotion:

  • All promotions only apply to full sets (not including refills).

  • Only one promotion can be used during one appointment.

Late Arrival Policy:

  • Please arrive on time to your appointment

  • If you are more than 15 mins late to your appointment, you may need to reschedule the appointment.

Photography and Marketing:

  • By booking an appointment you consent to photos of your lashes being taken and potentially used for marketing purposes.

  • Please inform us before your appointment if you do not wish to be photographed.

Refund Policy:

  • No refunds will be given for completed services.

  • If you experience any issues with your lashes please contact us within 48 hours for a complimentary fix.

Liability:

  • We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities to products during the service.

  • A patch test is available upon request 24 hours before your appointment.
