Booking Policy:
All appointments must be booked online via booking website or DM on instagram
Bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
Confirmation messages will be sent 24 hours before appointment time. Ensure contact details are correct when booking.
Aftercare:
Proper Aftercare is essential for maintaining your eyelash extensions,
Aftercare instructions will be provided after your appointment.
We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper aftercare.
Payment:
Payment is required at the end of the service.
We accept tap and go, and cash payments.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
No shows will be charged 50% of the appointment.

Health and Safety:
Please notify us in advance of any allergies, sensitivities or eye conditions.
Clients with active eye infections, irritations or recent eye surgery will not be eligible for any lash services until cleared by a medical professional.
Promotion:
All promotions only apply to full sets (not including refills).
Only one promotion can be used during one appointment.
Late Arrival Policy:
Please arrive on time to your appointment
If you are more than 15 mins late to your appointment, you may need to reschedule the appointment.
Photography and Marketing:
By booking an appointment you consent to photos of your lashes being taken and potentially used for marketing purposes.
Please inform us before your appointment if you do not wish to be photographed.
Refund Policy:
No refunds will be given for completed services.
If you experience any issues with your lashes please contact us within 48 hours for a complimentary fix.
Liability:
We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities to products during the service.
A patch test is available upon request 24 hours before your appointment.
